Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) is a minimally invasive procedure to detect the problem of blood flow in the brain. A cathether is inserted into an artery in the leg and passed upto the blood vessels of the brain. A special dye is passed through the catheter and X-ray images of the blood vessles are taken to check the movement of the dye.
